I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner, but more than that, I’m someone who genuinely enjoys sitting down with people, hearing their stories, and helping them sort through what’s going on. I’m not here to judge, fix, or hand you a one-size-fits-all plan. I’m here to listen, to support, and to help you figure out what actually works for you.
My style is calm, warm, and practical. I’ll explain things clearly, answer your questions, and move at your pace. We’ll talk about what’s getting in the way—and what might help you feel more like yourself again.
